We recommend placing your order 24 hours in advance to ensure a carefully curated selection of colors and the freshest seasonal blooms. Same-day delivery is available but may be limited to our in-store inventory, with a cutoff time of 12 p.m.

Same-day delivery or store pick-up orders must be placed before 12 p.m. Our delivery window is from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. We do not deliver on Sundays, except on Mother’s Day.
Yes. Please include your preferred delivery time in the “Delivery Notes” field during checkout, or call us after placing your order online. If we cannot meet your request, we’ll notify you via text message to find a solution.
Once your order is delivered, you’ll receive a text message notification from our delivery driver.
If it’s safe, we’ll leave the arrangement at or near the door and inform the recipient. If not, we’ll contact you to reschedule delivery. Please provide an access code or phone number if it’s an apartment. For hospital deliveries, include whether the recipient is a patient or nurse, along with their name, room number, and phone number.
